How to Subscribe
You can obtain a personal link to the subscription page by using the “/subscribe” command, visiting midjourney.com/accounts, or selecting “Manage Sub” from the sidebar when logged into the Midjourney website.
Supported payments methods
Presently, only payment methods supported by Stripe, such as credit/debit cards from Mastercard, VISA, and American Express, are accepted. Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1, the highest level of certification available in the payments industry. Unfortunately, methods such as PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, wire transfer, and others are not supported yet.
Refunds
Refunds are offered to Basic Plan subscribers who have utilized less than 1% of their monthly GPU minutes. Standard and Pro Plan subscribers who have used fewer than 9 GPU minutes in either Fast or Relax mode are also eligible for refunds. If you are qualified for a refund, the dialog box will appear automatically when you cancel your account.
Information about your Midjourney Pricing Plan
You can view information about your account, including the remaining Fast time for the subscription period, lifetime usage statistics, the number of queued or active jobs, and the subscription renewal date, by using the “/info” command.

What are “Fast Hours”?
Midjourney Pricing Plans offers two modes for image generation, “Fast” and “Relax.” Fast mode aims to provide you with immediate access to a GPU, but it is also most expensive processing tier. Relax mode places you in a queue behind other users, based on your usage of the system in Relax mode.
Basic plan includes 200 GPU minutes per month in Fast mode, the standard plan includes 15 GPU hours per month in Fast mode, and the pro plan includes 30 GPU hours per month in Fast mode. It is estimated that approximately 60 image generation or upscale commands and around 200 image variation commands can be performed in one hour.
What is unlimited relaxed generation?
The Standard and Pro Midjourney Pricing Plans come with the Relax mode feature, which can be activated using the command “/relax” and deactivated using “/fast”. When in Relax mode, your image generations do not use up the allotted Fast time. It is important to note that the Basic Plan does not have access to Relax mode, and the “Max Upscale” feature is not available in Relax mode.
What is the Member Gallery?
The Member Gallery is a Place for paid members to view images being generated, as well as a central location to manage their own images, save favorites, and many more.
Can I cancel my subscription plan?
You have the freedom to cancel your Midjourney Subscription at any point, but the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. If you change your mind, you can reinstate your plan before the end of the cycle.
